Entry Process
To enter this website giveaway simply fill in the below form by 5pm on Friday 2 August 2024.
Following entry, all responses will be reviewed by our team from the week commencing 5 August.
The winning entrant will be notified by Wednesday 21 August.
Judging Criteria
The winning application will be the one that has demonstrated the biggest impact in their community. We are particularly looking for:
- Community Impact: Clear evidence of significant positive effects on the local community.
- Number of Beneficiaries: Demonstration of the number of people supported by the organisation.
- Compelling Website Needs: Well-defined goals and needs for the new website.
- Engagement and Outreach: Strong community involvement and a plan for how the website will enhance engagement.
- Demonstrated Need: Explain why you need a free website and how it will benefit your outreach and activities.
- Development Requirements: The website development is achievable within the maximum cost specified in the giveaway terms (please see the bottom of this page for terms).

Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- To be entered into this giveaway the organisation entering must be a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
- This giveaway can be entered by organisations specified within a 25 mile radius of the Seven Hills Creative Office (Postcode S3 8EN).
- Organisations entering the giveaway will have been registered for a minimum of 12 months before 26 June 2024.
- There is no cost involved in entering this giveaway.
- All entries will be made using the form on this page (https://www.sevenhillscreative.co.uk/website-giveaway). No other forms of entry will be considered.
- Entries will be judged by a panel consisting of the Seven Hills Creative team and external contacts.
- The decision of the judging panel is final.
- The website created will have a maximum development cost of £5,000.
- Terms will be agreed on the website between the supplier and recipient further to a full specification of the website at project kick-off.
- Upon completion, the website will be owned outright by the recipient organisation.
- Website hosting will be decided by the recipient upon completion.
- There is no cash prize alternative in this giveaway.
